RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09075-420-000, to Vincent and Philomine Miller, the
sum of $150.00., in full settlement of their claim of
damages sustained on or about August, 1972, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on December 21, 1972.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY VINCENT AND PHILOMINE MILLER
Claimants request payment for private property damaged
during alley improvements behind 1099 Juno, work ending
August, 1972. Liability is on the part of the City.
Expenses are for granular fill and black dirt and sod
to correct situation.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. and Mrs.
Miller' s claim in the amount of $150.00.
