Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for placing buried
cable in Concordia Avenue west of Lexington Avenue as follows:
Beginning at a point 610' west of Lexington Avenue, seven
feet north of the south property line; then west to a point
185' west of west line of Griggs Street
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
