WI�REAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement described
as Grading and Surfacing of CONCORD TERRACE-�971, formerly known as Comptroller's
Contract L-74�+9, City Pro�ect No. 71-P-0518 (with 5-1395), Ashbach Construction
Company, Contractor, have been provided for in the SpeciPications, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions and Deductions
as per Administrative Order D-�+26, dated Maxch 7, 1973, for Contract Change
A�reement No. 1
As listed on attached sheet:

WI�REAS, The total addition is $3962•30, and the Acting Director of Public Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $3962•30 is the correct sum to
be added to said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the foregoing
addition made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of $3962•30, said
amount to be added to the liunp sum consideration named in the contract, formerly
known as Comptroller's Contract L-7�+�+9, and which amount is to be financed from
Urban Renewal Bond Fund R-37-
