release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability '
Fund 09075-420-000, to Joseph Kroll and Mrs. Jos�h Kroll, '
the sum of $204.95, in full settlement of his claim of
damages sustained on or about December 1, 1972, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City Council
on December 14, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MRS. JOSEPH KROLL AND JOSEPH KROLL
Mrs. Joseph Kroll received bodily injuries as well as
property damage as a result of a sidewalk falldown.
Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses include
medical bills, optical bills and replacement of damaged
clothing.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. and Mrs. Kroll' s
claim in the amount of $204.95.
