RESOLVED� Tha.t upon application being ma.d� by Mrs. Troup,
and the recommendation of the Department of Public Works, the
Council does hereby authorize the proper City officers to refund
the $100.00 filed by Leonard W. Troup for House Sewer Contractor' s
License because Mr. Troup died on January 10, 1973, and, further�
the City officers are authorized to return the origina.l license
and permit bond filed on behalf of Mr. Troup.

Re: Refund of $100.00 to deceased
House Drain Contractor
Dear Mayor Cohen:
Mr. L.W. Troup, a Licensed House Drain Contractor, passed away on January
10, 1973. Under Ordinance tdo. 10556, approved July 15, 1955, he paid a
$100.00 fee for renewal of his license for 1g73. His payment was received
in December 1972 but his death prevented him from using the license in 1973.
We have been contacted by his widow as to the possibility of returning the
$100.00 fee along with original license and permit bond.
The attached Council Resolution authorizes the requested refund.
