RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by
the City Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund, 09075-420-000, to Lois E. Mizuno, the sum of $106.25,
in full settlement of her claim of damages sustained on
or about January 4, 1973, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on January 17, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY LOIS ELAINE MIZUNO
Claimant was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul
snow plow on January 4, 1973. Liability is on the
part of the City. Expenses are for the repair of the
damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Ms. Mizuno' s
claim in the amount of $106.25.
