inJHEt�EAS: The Manor, Inc. at 2550 W. Seventh Street holds the following licenses,
On Sale Liquor License No. 8358, Sunday On Sale Liquor License No. 9637,
Class C2-Restaurarit, Tavern and Cigarette License No. 9638, all expiring
January 31, 1974, and
WHEREAS: The Manor, Inc. violated Section 1�38.03 of the St. Paul Legislative Code,
which prohibits nudity in a public place, indecent exposure and lewd and
indecent conduct, and
WHEREAS: The Manor, Inc. has volunteered to close that portion of the premises known
as "Casey's Bax'� for the period of fifteen (15) days commencing April 8, 1973
and eriding April 22, 1973, therefore, be it

RESOLVED: That The l�anor, Inc. at 2550 W. Seventh Street will close the operation of
that portion of the premises known as "Casey�s Bar" for the period of
fifteen (15) days beginning April 8, 1973 and ending April 22, 1973.
