or about November 8, 1972, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on December 6, 197�.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JOHN A. BARKER
Claimant requests payment for private property damaged
by Saint Paul Police Officers while trying to take a
suspect into custody,on November 8, 1972. Expenses are
for the repair of a broken window. Liability is on the
part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Barker' s claim
in the amount of $50.00.
