Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for two manholes.
Locations to be as follows:
1. 11' north of the south line of Dayton Avenue and
20' east of the west line of Fairview Avenue
2. 25' west of the west line of Fairview Avenue and
25' north of the south line of Dayton Avenue
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
