RESOLVED� That the Council does hereby authorize settlement
of disputed claim ma.de against the City of Saint Paul by Leland
E. Bruss and Lois A. Bruss for damages caused to their property
at 799 Englewood Avenue in the reconstruction of the sidewalk and
grading of Avon Street in the amount of $1, 100.00, and Council
Resolution, C. F. 259772, approved September 28, 1972, be and the
same is hereby accordingly amended.
