release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09075-420-000, to John Hueman, the sum of $50.45, in
full settlement of his clai.m of damages sustained on or
about January 25, 1973, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on February 6, 1973.
