RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by
the City Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09075-420-000, to Roy P. Colvard, the sum of $279.00,
in full settlement of his claim of damages sustained on
or about January 23, 1973, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on January 30, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SA1NT PAUL
BY ROY P. COLVARD
Claima.nt was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul
Public Works vehicle on January 23, 1973. Liability is
on the part of the City. Expenses are for the repair
of the .damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Colvard' s
claim in the amount of $279.00.
