release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by
the City Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and dire�ted to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09075-420-000, to Owen M. Smith, the sum of $382.11,
in full settlement of his claim of da.mages sustained on
or about December 7, 1972, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on January 10, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY OWEN M. SMITH
Claimant was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul
public works vehicle on December 7, 1972. Liability
is on the part of the City. Expenses are for the repair
of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. 5mith' s claim
in the amount of $382.11.
