WHEI�.EAS: The City Council granted License iVo. 8335 for Gas Station 15-Pumps, Class Al-
�rocery and Cigarette to Kenneth L. Anger at 1017 W. Seventh Street, under
Council File No. 260161�, and
'vdHEREAS: He operated the business for three months only and the place had been burglarized
several times and also because of the unfavorable location, he requests a refund
of the unused portion of the license, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper City officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
Kenneth L. anger the fee of �170.25, deducting $56.75 from the original fee of
$227,00, which will cancel the license.
