DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE: On July 18� : 1972 Conroy Bros. Construction,"`a aub-
contractor of 8or-Son Construction� served Bor-Son and the Civic Center with_
a demand for arbitration in the amount of $11,025.00 for acoustical plaster `
work performed by Conroy Bros. on the ceiling area of the balcony overhang '��
� in the new Multi-Purpose Arena. Conroy Bros. contended that the area in , �
question was to receive a different and less expensive form of plaster under ,� 1;
the plans and specifications as prepared by the architect. The claim for
$11,025.00 was based upon the difference in the cost to the subcontractor
of applying the acoustical plaster as opposed to the less expensive plaster
which he claims was to have been installed in the disputed area. :�
Without proceeding to arbitration, it is now agreed by all par�ies', . Bor-Son � �'

FULL RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
�' BOR-SON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
� AND
CONROY BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION
This release incorporates in full a certain change
order of Convention Center Architects and Engineers, Inc. ,
numbered G-33. The undersigned, in full and complete
understanding of the contents of the change order referenced
above hereby release and waive any and all claims arising
out of facts set forth in said change order and waive and
release any right under any prior agreements to submit the
facts set forth in said change order to arbitration and further
agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Civic Center Authority
of the City of Saint Paul, all in consideration of a payment
by the Civic Center Authority of $3,000.00 which is to be
submitted by Bor-Son Construction Company to Conroy Brothers
Construction Company.
