In the matter of constructing a sanitary sewer in Birmingham Street from
Esst Seventh Street to York Av�nue (5-1487),
Said order having been approved by Adainistrative Ordar Number D-392, �
approved January 23, 1973.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the
Mayor upon the above improvee�ent, and having considered said report, herebq
resolnes:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives
and that th� estimated cost thereof is $8,550.00.
--- 2. ThaC a public hearing be had on said improvement on the twenty-eighth
daq of March, 1973, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. , in the Cc►uncil Cha�abers
of the Citq Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saitt Paul.
3. That aotice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in .the
manner provided by the C'harter, atating the time and place of hearing,
the nature o£ the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
