PR�LIMINARY ORDER

In the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessarq for
the slopes, cuts and fills, incluciing right of re�val of lateral support from
subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof, or con-
struction of slopes in the grading and surfacing of Birmingham Street from East
• Seventh Street to York Avenue, said easements to remain in effect for a period of
one year commencing on the date of ratification of the order (G-2019).
Said ord�r having been approved by Administrative Order Nuaaber D-392,
approved January 23, 1973 .
The Council of the City of 8aint Paul having reeeived the report of the
Mayor upon the above improve�nt, and having considered said report, hereby
resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives
, and that the estimated cost thereof is $200.00.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the twentyeighth
day of March, 1973, at 1�;�19 o'clock a.m. , in the Council Chaa�bers
of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of slid public hearing be given to the persons and fn the
manner provided by the Ch�irt.sr, stating the time and place uf hearing,
the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
