PRELIMINARY ORDER

In the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for
the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from
subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof, or construction
of slopes in the grading and surfacing with bitu�inous material the East-West alley
in Block 6, Hamline Syndicate Addition No. 3 from the Westerly North-South alley
to the Easterly North-South alley and the Easterly North-South alley fr�a Charl�s
Avenue to Edmund Avenue,
Said order having been approved by Administrative Order Number D-320,
approved December 14, 1972.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having r�ceived the report of the
Maqor upon the abcrve improvement, and haviag considered said report, hereby
resolves:
�,
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives,
and that the estimated cost thereof is $200.00.
2. That a public hearing be had ott said improvem�nt on the twenty-seventh
day of March, 1973, h�t 10:00 o'clock a.m. , in the Council Chanbers
of the City flall and Court House Building in the City of Ssint Paul.
3. That notice of said public h�aring be given to the persons and in the
nanner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing,
the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
