RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon the request
of the Mayor and the recommendation of the Saint Paul Long-Range Capital
Improvement Budget Committee, that the Capital Improvement Budget for the
City of Saint Paul for 1970, as heretofore adopted by this Council and as
amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:
1) That the balance of y30,643 in the allocation for the project"Scheffer
Playground Acquisition" be transferred to the project"Wheelock Rec-
reation Acquisition".
2) That the allocation of $25,000 for the project "Irvine Park Rehab-
ilitation" be tra�sferred to the project "Wheelock Recreation Acquis-
ition`° for a net change in the budget of zero.
