RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund, 09075-420-000, to Clarence Duke the
sum of $54.24, in full settlement of his claim of
damages sustained on or about January 8, 1973, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City �
Council on January 11, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY CLARENCE DUKE
Claimant was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul
Public Works vehicle on January 8, 1973. Liability is
on the part of the City. Expenses are for the repair
to the dama.ged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Duke' s claim
in the amount of $54.24.
