RFSOLVED, That the said,assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved
RESOLVE�D FURTHER, Th�at a public hearing be had. an said assesament on thp 21st
day of 1�tarch� 1973 , , at th� hour of 10 o'cloek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Ha.11 Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of gaid meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount asseased againat the lot or lota of the particul�r _
owner to whom the notice ia directed.
