and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said aasessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public hearing be ha.d. an said asseasment on the 7tb
day of al�srci�, 1373 , at th� hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Coxnmissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Chaxter, stating in said notice the tune aud place of
heaxing, the na,ture of the improvement, �nd the amount a,ssesaed ag�inst the lat or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
