RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves:
"A bill for an act relating to the City of Saint Paul;
providing for the contracting out to a private party of
the operation and management of the parking ramps and
other parking facilities owned by the city which are
located. within or ad.jacent to the city' s civic
center and auditorium; amend.irig Laws 1969, Chapter 1138,
Section 4. "
and recommends the same to the Ramsey County 5enate and House
delegations.
