The aseeesment� benefits, cost and�enses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered saxne
and found the said assessment satiafactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTFIEK, Th,a.t a public heaxing be had an said assessment on the 14th
day of March, 1973 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of �nance
give natice of said meetings, as requi�red by the Charter, sta.ting in said notice the time and pla�ce of
hearing, the na.ture of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
