The garage is sagging and twisted. The siding has deteriorated and windows and doors are broken and missing. The Housing and Redevelopment Authority is not in the process of acquiring or intending to acquire this property. The subject property has been boarded up by the owner since July 31, 1972 and by the city since September 26 , 1972.
