RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the C�.ty Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund, 09075-420-000 to Agricultural Insurance
Group and Mrs. Joe Sierakowski, the sum of $100.00, in
full settlement of their claim of damages sustained on
or about July 7, 1972, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Counc,il on November 8, 1972.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY AGRICULTURAL INSURANCE GROUP AND
MRS. JOE SIERAKOWSKI
Claimant, Mrs. Joe Sierakowski, was involved in an
accident with a Sa int Paul Public Work' s vehicle on
July 7, 1972. Liab ility is on the part of the City.
Expenses are for the repa�.r of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Agricultural
Insurance Group and Mrs. Joe Sierakowski' s claim in the
amount of $100.00.
