RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09075-420-000, to Hertha C. Smith, the
sum of $89.71, in full settlement of her claim of
damages sustained on or about December 5, 1972, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on December 26, 1972.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY HERTHA C. SMITH
Claimant` s vehicle was involved in an accident with a
Saint Paul Public Works Department snow plow on
December 5, 1972. Liability is on the part of the City.
Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Ms. Smith' s claim
in the amount of $89.71.
