Resolved, that upon the recommendation of the Mayor, the Council of the
City of Saint Paul does hereby accept quit claim deed from the State of
Minnesota releasing and conveying to the city the state' s interest to
the easement or right of access heretofore acquired to the west side of
Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) , described as follows;
Al1 right of access, being the right of ingress to and egress from
proposed Kasota Avenue to Trunk Highway No. 51 and to Rosen Road
along Line 1 described below;
Line 1. Commencing at a point on the east line of Section 28,
Township 29 North, Range 23 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
distant 473.13 feet north (measured along said east line
of Section 28) of the southeast corner of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 28; thence
westerly in a straight line for 345 feet (said straight
line, when extended, intersects the west line of said
southeast quarter of the northeast quarter at a point
_ distant 471.176 feet north, measured along said west
line, from the southwest corner of said southeast quarter
of the northeast quarter of said Section 28) ; thence south
parallel with said east line of Section 28 for 90.57 feet;
thence southeasterly in a straight line (said straight line,
when extended, runs to a point distant 130 feet west and
282.56 feet north of said southeast corner of said
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section
28) for 20.36 feet to the point of beginning of Line 1 to
be described; thence run southeasterly on the last above
described straight line for 140 feet and there terminating.
