Conatruct a public sanitary sever in BRBW3TER STREET fros Stielling Avenue �
to Albert Street and in the folloaing described 20 foot per�anent sever �
easement, the center line of Which is as follawa: Commencing at the
'intersection of the centerlines of Brewster Street and Albert Street; thence
�asterl� along the centerline of Brevater Street extended a distance of 30
fe�t to the point of beginning; thence Easterly along the previous described
line a distance of 221 feet; thence deflecting left an angle of 89 degrees,

Wynne Avenue aad there terninating. '
Also construct a sewer pump .station in the above described easem�nt.
Also construct seWer service connections.
Said sever construction to be undertaken within a 40 foot temporary ease-

the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had. an said assessment on the 7th
day of MArch, 1973 , at th� haur of 10 dcicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of sa.id meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of'the particular
owner to whom the notice ia directed.
