RESOLVED, That the City Council hereby concurs in the action of the
Purchasing Committee in the award of a contract for furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment and services necessary or incidental to the REMODELING
OF SEVENTH FLOOR (General Construction and Electrical Work) of Court House
and City Hall for the CiCy Ha11 and Court House Commission, to AUGUST GON-
STRUCTION, INCORPORATED for the contract price of (LUMP SUM BID) $10,640.�0
as a result of Bid No. AS366 and the specification� incorporated therein.
August Construct3,on, IncorporaCed bein�; the lowest responsible bidder under
the specifications and the Gorporation Counsel is hereby directed to draft
the proper form of contract and obtain the necessary performance and payment
bonds. The proper City officials are h�reby authorized to execute said can-
tract on behalf of the City af Saint Paul.
