He will direct and prepare program studies, a.nalyses, a.nd revisions of all phases of organization structure, personnel procedures and forms relative to the various departments and divisions. These duties will include the fcllowing: To st�idy a.nd prepare a.nal�*s�s of departmental operations, including organization, work flow, layout, forms, functions a.nd work c oordination, To prepare compreiiensive recommendations for the improvement of �rganization; personnel, manuals, forms, charts a.nd other reporting systems or devices. To aneet with operating officials �.nd discuss problems involved in rheir operations and review recommendations of ;�r�cedures and methods to be used in correcting such problems. 7'� direct the installation of new organizatia� a.nd operating methods �.nd procedures.
