and found the said asaessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said asaeasment be and the same is hereby in a11 respects approved.
RFSOLVED FURTHER, Tha.t a public hearing be had an said asaesament on the 2Atb
day of 1�ebruar� 1973 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Coxnmissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as req,uired by the Charter, sta.ting in said notice the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notiee is directed.
