the Improvement of Streets, Alleys and Sidewa.lks in the SUNINIIT-UNIVERSITY RENEWAL ARF,A,
formerly knoWn as Comptroller's Contract L-7248-�+, City Pro�ect No. 71-G-1933, Alexander
Construction Compaqy, Inc., Contractor, have been provided for in the Specifications,
and
WxEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions as per
Acfininistrative Order D-398� �ted January 25, 1973, for Contract Change Agreement
No. 1

and
WI�REAS, The total addition is $5,677.99, and the Acting Director of Public Works has
agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $5,677.99 is the correct swu to be added
to said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the foregoing
addition made in accordance �rith the Specifications in the sum of $5,677.99, said
amount to be added to the l�m►p stm� consideration named in the contract, formerly
known as Comptroller's Contract L-7248-4, and which amount is to be financed from
Urban Renewal Bond Funds.
