RESOLVED� That the City Attorney, having m�de
written request seeking the authority to appoint
special counsel, is hereby authorized to appoint
Charles H. Williams , Jr. , Esquire , of 730 Mi�.nesota
Building, Saint Paul� Minnesota, in the matter of a
certain complaint filed with the Human Rights Department
by John D. Mueller, Jr. against the Saint Paul Police
Department, on an hourly basis at a maximum oompensa-
tion of �75 .00 per diem� said compensation to be payable
upon receipt by the City Attorney of an itemized billing
� submitted by said special counsel.
