WHEREAS, John E. Frederick, owner of two properties, which axe
currently being acquired by the City fox the Prosperity Park Site, Open
Space Land Project Tdo. Minn. OSA-116, ha.s submitted a claim for reimburse-
ment for the cost of private appraisals of each of said properties in
accordance with Chapter 87B of the St. Pau1 Legislative Code; and
WHE�REAS, The Assistant Valuation Engineer has recommended payment in
the total amount of $200.00 for said claim as evidenced by his letter sub-
mitted herewith; now�, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That in accordance with Section 87B of the St. Paul Legislat3ve
Code, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay to the James M.
McKenzie Co. for services rendered on behalf of John E. Frederick the sum
, of $200.00, said sum to be paid from PIR FundCod.e 6000-g02 (L-7360), to be
reimbursed from Fund 9770-�+60-007. L�-�-
