RESOLVED, That the Mayor and the Council of the City of
Saint Paul note with deepest regret the death of Mr. Timothy
Howard, 779 Saint Anthony Avenue. The City and its citizens
have benefited greatly from his tireless efforts in the field
of human and civil rights and the entire community will be
ha.rd pressed to find another with his degr,ee of dedication to
the cause of uplifting the dignity of the individual;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Council �e�.press
their deepest sorrow and convey their sympathies to'Mr.
Howard' s family and many friends on the occasion of their
great loss; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereb�r directed
to forward a copy of this resolution to Mr. Howard s survivors.
