WHEREAS, Additions whieh might prove to be necessary in the Improvement described
as dICTORIA STREET SEWER REPAIR - Benhill Road to Jefferson Avenue, formerly known
as Caanptroller's Contract No. L-7548, City Pro�ect No. 72-5-11�1+7B, Hurley Construc-
tioa Company, Contractor, have been provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the followin� Addition, as per
Administrative Order D-299, dated November 28, 1972, for Contract Change Agreement
No. 1
ADDITION:
Lined and grouted in place an additional 40 lin. ft. of existing
5'-0" diameter brick sewer with 36" reinforced concrete pipe
�n' �+0 lin. ft. C $18.92 = $756.80 = Tota1 Addition

Wi�REAS, The total addition is $756.80, and the Acting Director of Public Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amount o� $756.80 is the correct sum to be
added to said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the foregoing
addition made in aecordance with the Specifications in the sum of $756.80, said
amount to be addec�-to the lump sum consideration natned in the contract, formerly
kno�m as Comptroller's Contract L-7548, and which amount is to be financed from the
1972 Water Pollution Improvement Fund, Code 72�+0.
