RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matters be and the same are hereby
cancelled, annulled, and rescinded and all proceedings in such matters
discontinued.

Re: Resolution rescinding three sidewalk
orders.
Dear Mayor Cohen:
The attached resolution rescinds three sidewalk orders for the
following reasons:
P.O. 25824U-reconstruction of sidewalk on the south side of W. 7th SC.
from Ramsey St. to Leech St. and P.O. 258177-reconstruction of sidewalk
on the east side of Leech St. from Forbes Ave. to W. 7th St. are being
done in 1973 under Grading Contract C-0517.
P.O. 257950-reconstruction on the north side of Otis Ave. from Exeter Place
to RiveYwood Place was done this su�er under a private permit �16932.
