WHEREAS, the Building Department has requested the City Council to
hold a public hearing to coneider the advieability and necesaity of the correction or
wr�cking and removal of the following deecribedbuildinge, said structures having
heen reported to conetitute a public hazard:

WHEREAS, it appeare that the last lrnown record ownera of said
buildinge are as followe: Missouri B. Robinson, Cora Anderson Carr,
Anastasia Robinson
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul in the Couricil Chamber of the Court Hott�se
in eaid city at 10:00 a. m. on December 21., 1972
to consider the advieability and neceaeity of ordering the correction or wrecking and
removal of eaid etructurea on the above deecribed property inasmuch as said etructurea
are reported to constitute a hazard to public health, safety and welfare; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Building Department, on behalf of
the City Council, notify by mail the record owners of the property in question at the last
known address, as well as other intereated peraons of record, of the date and time of
the hearing. �
