WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Office of LIEP has been granted Cerfified Loral Govemment Scholarship
funds for the costs incurted for the heritage preserva6on specialist to attend the National Allia�ce of Preservation
Conference in San Antonio, Texas; and
WHEREAS, ihe Mayor, pursuantto sec. 10.07.01 of the ciry charter, certifies that there are available for
appropria6ons $1,182 in fu�ds in excess of Ynose estimated in the 2002 butlget; and in accordance
with sec. 10.07.0� of the city charter, recommends the following changes to the 2002 budget:

scholarship pxovides for reunbursement of the cost for the historic preservafion specialist W attend the National Alliance of Pxeservaflon Cofnmission
Conference held in San Antonio Texas August I-4, 2002. The Ciry of Saint Paul, Office of LIEP has expended $1,182 for the heritage preservation
specialist W attend the wnfeience. LIEP has submitted the Request for Reimburseme.nt for $1,182.
