Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for and to place and
hereafter maintain a buried cable from existing manhole in the
boulevard on east side of Johnson Parkway between Minnehaha and R�aney
and across the frontage road to the alley.
starting 170' north of Minnehaha to the point of beginning (center
of manhole) then south 12 feet then 51 feet east, to west property
line at 1301 Minnehaha Avenue.
All work to be in accordance with the attached plans as approved.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
