RESOLVED, that an extra in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars
($500) be allowed under Contract L-7480-1 between the City of Saint Paul and
Robert O. Westlund General Contractor, said contract for Bituminous and
�ite Improvement Work at Rice and Lawson Playground, and said ad.dition to
cov�:r excavation of two sand areas and placement of 1-1/2 yards rock fill in each,
as more �fully described in letter from contractor dated November 9, 1972, a copy
of which has been filed with the Acting Head of the Department of Finance. Charge to
6000-502 to be reimbursed from 9771-460-003. Job #72-18. �—
