RESOI,VED, That the City Council hereby concurs in the act3.on of the Purchaging
Co�arnittee in the award of a contract for furnishing all labor, materiala, equi�xaent
and services necessary or incidental to the Installation of N�W ALUMINOM WINDO�WS AT
FIRE STATION IaO. 13 for the �epartment of Public �aYety, to D�V'AC WINDOW COMPANY for
the contract price of (LUMP SUM BID) �9,976.00 (Plus Engineer3np; an.d Inspection -
�1,000.00) as a result of Formal Bid Number 5301 and the speQifications incorporated
therein. DeVac Window Company being �he lowest responsible bidder under the specifications
and the Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to draft the proper farm of con�raet
and obtain the necessary performance and p�yment bonds. The proper C3.ty officials
are hereby authorized to execute said coatract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
