CO�iPANY Eor the contract price of (Lwnp Sum Bid) $30,568.00 (Plus Gity Force Work -
$300.Q0) as a result of Formal Bf.d No. 5285 and.the specifications ineozporated there-
in. Axe1 Newinan Heating and Plumbing Company being the lowest responsibl� bidder under
the speciEications and the Gorparatic�n Counsel is hereby directed to draft the pro�er
form of contract and obtain the necessary pezformance and payment bonds. The proper
City officials are hereby authorized to execuCe said contract on behal.f of the Citq of
Saint Paul.
