RESOLVED, That the City Council hereby concurs in the action of the
Purchasing Caam►ittee in the award of a contract for furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment and services necessary or incidental to the insCalla-
tion of TG10 OVERHEAD DOORS at Fire 5tation No, 5, 860 Ashland, St. Paul,
Minnesots for the Department of Public Safet Fire Protection, to STEEL
STRUCTURES, INCORPORATED fvr the contr ct price of (LtTI� SUM BID) $2,557.00
as a result of Informal Bid Number 3556 and the epecifications incorporated
therein. Steel 5tructures, Incorporated being the lowest responsible bidder
under the specifications and the Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to
draft the proper form of contract and obtain the necessary performance and
payment bonds. Z'he proper City of£icials are hereby authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
