WHEREAS, the Building Department has requeated the City Council to
h�ld a public hearing to coneider the advieability and neceeaity of the correction or
wr�cking and removal of the following deecribedbuildinge, said etructuree having
been reported to conetitute a public hazard:

to coneider the advieability and neceseity of ordering the correction or wrecking and
removal of eaid structuree on the above deacribed property inasmuch as said structures
are reported to conetitute a hazard to public health, safety and weifare; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Building Departnnent, on behalf of
the City Council� notify by mail the record owners of the property in question at the last
known addrees, as well as other intere�ted persone of record, of the date and time of
the hearing.
