WHEREA5, the Building Department has requested the City Council to
h�ld a public hearing to coneider the advisability and necessity of the correction or
wr�ckin� and removal of the following deecribedbuildinga, eaid structuree having
been reported to conatitute a public hazard:

before the Council of the City of Saint Paul in the Council Chamber of the Court House

to coneider the advisability and neceseity of ordering the correction or wrecking and

the City Council, notify by mail the record owners of the property in question at the last
knovcm addrees, as well as other it�tere�ted peraons of record, of the date and time of
