RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby authorize the advance of Travel Funds to Robert Hickman,
James 0. Ma.nn, Tia Mann and Ed Pooley, members of the Saint Paul
Model Neighborhood Planning Council, to permit them to attend the
Region V Citizens Council' s Third Annua.l Conference on November 10,
11 and 12, 1972, to be held at Gary, Indiana., and tha.t these members
of the MNPC be reimbursed, such expense to be cha.rged to Account
Code 3640-211.
