RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon the request
of the Ma.yor and the recommendation of the Saint Paul Long-Range Capital
Improvement Budget Committee, that the Capital Improvement Budget for the
City of Saint Paul for 1971, as heretofore adopted by this Council and
as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:
1) That a project entitled "F+�rd Parkway Li:brary Addition" be created
with an allocation of $20,000.00 by a transfer from the "Unallocated
Administrative Reserve" for a net change in the 1971 budget of z�ro.
