PRELIMINARY ORDER

In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley
in Conver and Theopold's Rearrangem�nt of Block 8, Exeelsior Park, and in
Block 7, College Park from Pierce Street to Fry Street. Also constructing
a sewer for storm water purposes in the alley from a point 133 feet East of
the centerline of Pierce Street to the centerline of Pierce Street.
�he Council of the City of Sa;inC Paul having received the report of the
Mayo pon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby
resolves:
" 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no aZternatives,
and that the est3anated cost thereof is $6,023.00.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the thirty-first
day of January, 1973, aC 10:00 o'clock a.m. , in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persone and in the
manner provided by the Charter, s8ating the ticne and place of hearing,
and the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
Said Order having been approved by Administrative Order Number D-238 approved
October 16, 1972.
